Hi there,
My name is Thang and I am a web developer based in Toronto, Canada. I have 3+ years of professional experience working in the field of industrial automation prior to transitioning into software engineering. The exposure to the software development for automated systems in my previous career led me to discover a new interest in programming, which gradually became a passion.

I enjoy creating web applications that are both useful and aesthetically appealing. However, when I'm not coding or watching tech related materials, I enjoy playing guitar and jamming with other music enthusiasts. Feel free to check out my YouTube channel below for my music contents.

- Troubleshoot residential/commercial electrical systems to identify root cause and replace faulty components as needed.

- Collaborated with other engineering team members to assess and improve manufacturing processes.
- Planned and implemented automation processes leading to increase in machine operator’s productivity by 30 min/8h-shift.
- Designed and created user-friendly and intuitive controlling interface for capacitive touch screens (HMI) that allowed workers to carry out their tasks with ease.
- Resolve any technical issues related to electrical and controls system of equipment as well as general building maintenance to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime.

- Performed data recovery scan on damaged/defective hard-drives, SSD, and SD cards using various software.

The Condo Management Solutions

A condo management web application that allows residents and staff to communicate effectively with each other to resolve any issues pertaining to living within the community. The application successfully enabled residents to easily create reservations for on-site amenities and reserve visitor parking, while allowing the management team to issue work orders, take maintenance requests, and create notifications.

WebWiz Tournament

Inspired by Challonge. A web application that allows users to create and manage custom tournaments. User may create their own tournaments, selecting the number of competitors, add competitors, and choose which competitors to advance to the next bracket. Users can search and select a variety of game titles using data from external API (IGDB). Match result can be view at the end of the tournament.
